About Nikki

Nikki is Dermacare of Rancho Bernardo’s patient care manager and one of Dermacare’s most senior staff members. She began her career as a medical esthetician and has also worked as a cosmetologist, makeup artist, and regional sales manager. 

At Dermacare, she has worked in both our Rancho Bernardo and Carlsbad offices, as well as our previous satellite salon locations. Nikki has served as a patient care representative, esthetician, salon outreach manager, and patient care coordinator throughout her Dermacare career. She has seen Dr. Birchall through some of the biggest transitions at Dermacare and continues to be a pillar of support as we propel towards successful strategic outcomes. 

Nikki knows Dermacare like the back of her hand and is currently working with Dr. Birchall at a higher level to develop unique treatment plans and coach the patient care staff to provide top of the line service and expansion of business. 

Nikki’s passion for working at Dermacare stems from witnessing patient transformations and seeing clients feel overwhelmed with happiness when they achieve their desired results.  

Nikki spends her free time volunteering for several social justice causes, and loves exploring San Diego with her husband, Jesse, and bulldog, Harper.
