About Mckayla

Mckayla comes to Dermacare with an impressive patient care background. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Mckayla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing science. 

Mckayla moved to San Diego after college to pursue her nursing career and has previously worked as a psychiatric nurse at a behavioral health hospital, and also has experience working in the medsurg/telemetry unit at Sharp Memorial Hospital. Mckayla loves aesthetic medicine and injecting because she finds the blending of the beauty industry and science fascinating. 

In her spare time, you can find Mckayla traveling, exploring new cuisines from other cultures, and spending time outdoors in the San Diego sun.
